“wot3tha” is a no frills version of “wot-tha”.
Single Team games only (unlike “wot-tha” which has a Multi Team Format).
It has limited Instructions and No How To’s etc. like “wot-tha”
It is used to Scan QR Codes & Play Games made in “wot-tha” (No game making like “wot-tha” has).
“wot3tha” is designed for organised “Point Of Interest” games unlike the “Teams Format” of the games that “wot-tha” has.

They are third party apps that have not been developed, produced or endorsed by what3words Limited.
They are games where players solve clues created in "wot-tha" by the Organiser of a game to reveal "what.3.words" locations or "wot-tha" locations.
The Organiser can be anybody with the "wot-tha" app and the "what.3.words" app (Optional) to create games.
To navigate to the locations, players can choose either the "what.3.words" app or the "wot-tha" and “wot3tha” apps.
They are ideal for geocachers, in road rally scavenger hunts, treasure hunts and orienteering.
Use them to have fun with Metal Detectors.
